I am talking about HOW you talk to the kind of people that can OPEN DOORS for you.
For example:
Your leader.
Your clients.
Your stakeholders.
Fact is that you’re ALREADY a good communicator.
But you’re not world-class yet. You’re missing that EDGE.
Am I possibly correct?

Listen up.
You following the latest louder social media “guru” (who became guru recently) is not going to make you a world-class speaker. Neither is following any theoretical program.
What you need is a practical experience.
One of the things I teach people inside our program is what we call 5Fs of Connection.
For now, I’ll give you one of them.
Flaws.
As a leader, when you share a flaw you may have...people trust you MORE.
That’s the beauty.
Most leaders try to show themselves as perfect.
“I have the perfect life.”
“I have the perfect education.”
“I am the perfect person to be your leader.”
Blah blah blah.
Don’t sound too formal.
If you ever fumble, don’t frown. Smile rather. : )
Let people know you have flaws and you’re okay with being YOU.
